CalmANNA Labs is a technology-psychology project focused on managing psychosocial risks and preventing burnout in organisations. We combine insights from psychology, data analysis, and management into a practical tool that helps organisations better understand employee workload and actively manage it. Our solution is built on systematic data collection, its interpretation, and the design of specific measures at both team and organisational level. We focus on identifying risk areas, supporting leadership, and building the psychological resilience of employees. CalmANNA Labs is being developed in the Olomouc Region with the ambition of bringing innovative approaches to mental health care, the work environment, and human resource sustainability. Our goal is to help organisations function in a long-term stable, efficient, and people-centred way.

You can choose from several styles, or have a custom motif, logo, or color designed for you – the cover can also be enhanced with additional design accessories. Before final production, you'll receive a sample to try on to make sure the cover fits your prosthesis perfectly. Estimated delivery time is within 30 days of design approval.
